No screens. Just you and your analogue hobby.

Begin with a guided meditation to invoke calm mindfulness.

Sketch, journal, knit, read, write, lounge, sit. Or meditate. Share a pot of herbal tea matched with the season.

Choose to engage quietly or sit in silence. The choice is yours. Introverts welcomed and respected.
